Bella Dorio

A wonderful romantic break with stunning views!!!

My partner and I stayed at Bella Dorio for 4 days in early September.
We were overjoyed with the apartment; it's well appointed and furnished in great taste. The main aspect that sells the apartment however is the stunning view! Even when the weather is a little grey the view still takes your breath away.

we loved our time in Bella Dorio. The flat is bright, modern and equipped with everything you need for your holiday. And most of all it's got a nice big balcony with lovely furniture and incredible views. Dorio itself is quite a sleepy little town which we really enjoyed as we don't like crowded, touristy places. I can definitely recommend a stay at Bella Dorio.

Stunning location



The apartment was perfect for our family group (A couple with 2 adult offspring). The open plan living room / kitchen opening onto the spacious balcony was great. Sitting on the balcony anytime of day just chilling out watching the sun fall behind the mountains and even the thunderstorm we experienced was spectacular. We would definitely book the apartment again if going back to Lake Como.

Unbelievably stunning view - what a treat to stay here!



I stayed for a long weekend at this lovely apartment and it certainly surpassed my expectations! The view from the large balcony was absolutely stunning, I could have sat there all day and it would be the resson I would want to return again and again. I was also impressed by the apartment itself, modern and well appointed, tasteful decor, it had everything I needed. I would recommend flying into nearby airport rather than Malpensa but once arriving, beautiful locations with lovely restaurants and scenery were very easily accessible with short car journeys. The location felt italian rather than 'touristy' which I loved.

Fantastic! Very comfortable apartment, with amazing views.



Bella Dorio is a fantastic apartment on the hillside overlooking the lake, the massive balcony with plenty of room for sitting, relaxing, viewing or eating al fresco offers amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

It is really well & stylishly furnished with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great shower room.

The situation is brilliant for visiting the eastern lakeside towns such as Varena, with ferry access to numerous other locations and a large supermarket & shopping centre only 20 minutes drive away.

I'd definitely go again and recommend it highly!

A relaxing, haven of peace and tranquility 



This apartment is ideally situated with stunning views of the lake that we enjoyed while eating our meals on the spacious balcony. The apartment is in immaculate condition tasteful decorated with modern elegant furnishings, well equipped and comfortable and has a fabulous shower. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided and the service was faultless.There are a lot of stairs but its well worth it for the view! It is in a quiet area so we felt completely undisturbed but with easy access to some lovely places on the lake and within an easy drive of an excellent supermarket and shopping centre. We would love to come back again.

Magnificent stay at Bella Dorio!



We had a wonderful stay at Bella Dorio. The minute we walked into the apartment we felt at home! The apartment was not only very tastefully decorated with a proper kitchen, washing machine and everything else we needed, but was also very clean. Best of all was the wonderful, stunning view of Lake Como from the balcony.

We loved Dorio because it was so quiet but yet only a 15 minute drive from beautiful Varena - a lovely town with quaint shops, fantastic gardens and gorgeous lake side restaurants and the ferry to go to the other side of the lake.



There was a very good supermarket about 10 minutes drive from the apartment so we elected to dine on our balcony most evenings and just enjoy sun and the stunning views of Lake Como.



Good directions on how to find Bella Dorio and the key to the apartment were emailed beforehand.



There was nothing we disliked about the apartment and we would definitely recommend Bella Dorio to friends and family. One of the best apartments we have stayed in!

A very relaxing holiday,with beautiful views



The apartment is very clean and very well furnished. It has a lovely balcony from which there are fantastic views of the lake. It is a short drive to a nearby town where there is a ferry to cross over the lake. Local shops and restaurants are easily accessible.
