Our Lake Como holiday apartment is approximately a 90 min drive from Milan Linate or Milan Bergano airports and 100 min drive from Milan Malpensa airport.

British Airways, KLM, Alitalia, and SAS all fly into Milan Linate airport.​

Easyjet fly from destinations throughout Europe, including London Gatwick, Luton and Edinburgh airports, Paris and Berlin to their hub at Milan Malpensa airport.

Ryanair fly from destinations throughout Europe including London Stanstead, Birmingham and Bristol airports, Paris and Berlin to their hub at Milan Bergamo airport.​
​By Train
There is also a railway station in Dorio with half hourly trains from our Lake Como holiday rental to Milan Centrale.

From Milan there are onward transfers available by train or bus to one of the Milan airports, by fast intercity service to other parts of Italy such as Verona and Venice, or across the border into France Switzerland or Germany.​
​By Automobile

There is good motorway access to our Lake Como rental apartment from any of the Milan airports via the SS36 which runs along the east side of Lake Como. ​

Travelling from Switzerland involves a 30 minute drive across the border from Lugano to Menaggio and a short ferry crossing across the lake to Varenna. It is also possible to reach the east side of the lake from the direction of St Moritz over the Swiss border to the north.​
